(1) The Government of Nepal shall have the right to investigate any kind of accident within the territory of Nepal. However, regarding an accident, the Authority shall conduct a preliminary investigation and obtain a technical report. (2) The Government of Nepal may conduct an investigation by an expert or a researcher in relation to any accident as required.
